I have brought my 2 sons there several times. We’ve probably been there for at least 10 haircuts by now and I travel an hour for these appointments. The girl who did M’s hair must’ve been having an extremely bad day, because I’ve never received such poor service there before. I arrived at about 2:55 for my son’s haircuts (3pm and 3:15) I was told she had someone before M and the girl doing L’s hair should be finishing up soon. Their haircuts weren’t started until after 3:15 with zero acknowledgement of our wait and without an apology. The entire time we were there, she was in a bad mood. My toddler was restless and brushed by a sign and she said something to him. I picked up my younger toddler and he accidentally bumped her, and she said something to him. A bunch of little comments that could’ve been passed off as rude jokes. I wouldn’t even mention that if it weren’t for her being rude at the end of Max’s haircut. She asked me how maxs haircut looked and I pointed to a spot I wanted blended a bit more. She did it (it looked much better!) and then spun him around and said “well it doesn’t look THAT much different, but what do you think” in an incredibly snarky tone. I said it looked great, and that was it. When she was ringing me up I pointed out they have a 5 minute window for lateness, but kept me waiting 15+ minutes. I asked if there’s any discount for the inconvenience and again zero apology or accountability, just “I don’t have a discount for you”. An apology and/or just not being condescending goes a long way.

I am extremely disappointed in my son's hair haircut. We've had a couple semi poor experiences there but nothing like this. His hair is so crooked and looks awful. I pay more here than a regular salon and literally cried when I saw his hair. I will not be going back there after this. It's not short at all and that's what we asked for, and it's beyond crooked in the front.

I took my two daughters who are 6 and 8. While they are "older" for cookie cutters, both girls had to stand while getting their hair cuts. The stylist said their hair was too long for her to cut if they were sitting, as she would have to bend down. Don't the chairs raise? If so, it didn't seem like she tried that. It was very odd and definitely not comfortable for my kids! I haven't seen this stylist there before so imagine she is new, but definitely not going to keep clients that way! We have been coming to cookie cutters since my girls had their first cuts, so it's been a while, but we won't be returning.

Very unhappy with my son's haircut. It was cut too short. Not faded well. He has bald spots. His hair was so nice and full before we came we should have just left it alone. His 3rd birthday party is this weekend. I appreciate the owner apologizing to us but it's too late. You can't grow his hair back. Next time, hire talented stylists who know how to do good hair cuts. My son was incredibly patient, cooperative, and sat still. There was no excuse to mess it up and blame it on the kid for this case. You either have a playground or a talented barbershop. It's clear that it can't be both.

The store is a bit outdated, seemed grungy, and overall way too overstimulating for my child and myself. It was a stressful experience and we won't be back.
