Upon arrival REMY asked what i would like. I specifically said i wanted trim but to cut around his ears while still keeping his length. Well she kept cutting his hair off and i kept trying to stop her and she just kept cutting and cutting insisting it wouldnt look right but this is not what i even asked for from the beginning. I wanted a TRIM AND TO KEEP HIS LENGTH. She chopped all his hair off and i still managed to keep my composure and out of respect tipped her 10 dollars only to be walking out to hear her bashing me to the person at the counter. How rude and hurtful. Exactly How you should not treat customers. Im so appalled by her behavior and the fact that you have someone like this working for your company for children.

During my son’s haircut, Cristi accidentally nicked the side of my son’s neck with the buzzer and it began bleeding. Accidents happen and I truly do not blame her for that. However, after she had already cut him, I politely asked if I could quickly see the buzzer that was used just to make sure it looked clean and not rusty so I could decide if I needed to have his pediatrician check the cut. Instead of understanding my concern as a parent, she became extremely defensive and began raising her voice at me in front of my 3-year-old and 1-year-old, saying “Why would you think I would ever use rusty buzzers?!” and shoving the cleaner toward me. I calmly explained multiple times that I wasn’t blaming her for the accident and was simply making sure my child was okay, but she continued escalating the situation. It became so uncomfortable that the other stylists working disappeared into the back room while this was happening. The accidental cut was not the issue — the way a simple parental concern was handled after my child was already injured was completely unacceptable.

Just finished my baby's first haircut at Cookie Cutters Salon and I will never go back. Denise was extremely rude and complained the whole time that my son was crying and that would only sit on my lap. I would have expected that a kids hair salon that has a special 1st hair cut package would have patience and kindness to handle a scared child. My son is only 18 months. Her complaining, eye rolling, and nasty comments about his haircut made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Hair stylist gave me an attitude which was uncalled for and unprofessional. We are repeat costumers with multiple kids and you are about to loose some business as well as get some bad publicity on social media. Change your ways and treat your customers right or risk going out of business.
