The situation with my eight-month-old's hair has been an ongoing problem, and I wasn't sure about whether he'd sit for a haircut at such an early age. Elijah's hair was hanging in front of his eyes 24/7 - it got to the point where we were using barrettes and putting product in his hair to keep it off his face. We came to Cookie Cutters after reading the reviews on Google with the hope that Elijah's first haircut would be a calm, pleasant experience, and we couldn't have been happier with the result. I stood in front of him playing Encanto on my phone, and he watched calmly while having his hair trimmed. Our stylist was professional and courteous, working quickly and beautifully. I couldn't be happier with how Elijah's hair turned out, and I'm looking forward to bringing him back to Cookie Cutters in June for a first-birthday follow up!

Ms. Stacy was great with my child and got him looking sharp with just scissors and a comb!

I am so disappointed with my visit. I left incredibly upset. We had Stacy and Remi for my twins haircuts. Stacy was great and listened to what I wanted for my child’s haircut. Remi on the other hand was clearly distracted buying new scissors for the store and didn’t listen when I told her to keep my sons hair long, but just to slightly clean it up in the front to get his hair out of his face, and to clean up the sides and back slightly but to keep it long, as I want to grow their hair out and keep length. I told Stacy the exact same thing and Stacy listened. Yes, my child was moving a lot as he is not comfortable with some sensory things, but Remi cut off a chunk of his hair in the back behind his ear and there is no hair there anymore. It looks horrible, and she continued to cut off way too much on the rest of his head. Even though I expressed my concerns and was upset that she was cutting off too much, she talked back to me in such a rude and unprofessional manner. My sons hair isn’t even, and she cut it so short where it looks like he has a bald spot behind his ear. My children have picture day next week and I am in tears that this is how this year is going to be documented. The customer should be right in how to cut and style one’s own hair, and the way Remi responded to my concerns that she didn’t listen to what I asked were so demeaning, short, and truthfully mean. We will not be using anyone but Stacy anymore if we decide to return to Cookie Cutters.

Denise Was great!!! She talked to my son ( age3) the whole time. Ofcourse he cried the whole time. She kept telling him that it doesn't hurt and we are almost done. When he was done he stop crying and was a happy kid! When he got in the car he said" mommy, I want to go again"!! So happy my baby is happy! We been to every barber shop out there, we would leave with his hair a mess and he would still be crying. It just so happen we found this place by driving by. Totally worth it. We live far and will come back again. Thank u
