I tried to call the location a few times and got no answer every time I called and that was a bit annoying. On top of that if we are more than five minutes late for an appointment we get canceled on. However if I show up on time it seems as though if I have to wait more than five minutes past my appointment time is no problem. My appointment was at 4:30 PM and my sons here to not get started until 4:45 PM and then the person who had a 4:45 PM appointment came in and I felt like my appointment was completely rushed because the other appointment showed up even though it was not my fault that the hair was started 15 minutes late

We have been twice now to Cookie Cutters, and it's such a perfect place for kids haircuts! The little play area keeps them entertained while waiting, and the kids get to select a chair and show to watch on TV. But on top of all this, they also give a fantastic haircut! We have been so happy with Cookie Cutters and will continue to return.

I took my son here for his first hair cut and we loved every second of it! The salon itself was so adorable and kept my little guy entertained and distracted so well! He really had so much fun! And the stylist Stacy was incredible! She was so sweet, calm, and patient with him! We will absolutely be going back!
