It was overbooked, and under staffed. My two children had appointments for the same time so we could be quick. They took one child, and not the other, completely skipped over him, until I asked what was going on. They said the lady who was scheduled to cut his hair, left abruptly for emergency reasons. Ugh... so then, we just don't get a hair cut? Thankfully one of the other ladies fit him in, but we were there forever, and it was insanely packed when we left. Those poor women were overwhlemed.

Love this place! They are the first to have my son be able to relax and sit while getting his cut. It used to be a really stressful experience at other places. Stacey always does a wonderful job!

Denise, one of the hairstylists, at Cookie Cutters is the best. She is always so kind, patient and attentive to all of the kids. She always finishes off our 5 year old daughter’s haircut/trim with a beautiful braid. The kids love the Cookie Cutters experience!
