The stylist was so nice and very patient with my children. She tried to make them feel comfortable and spoke to them softly. Great experience! Both of my kiddos did great because she made it so carefree and not so scary! 😁

It was great, but I wish they made a bigger deal for my child’s first hair cut. I also wish they gave the option to email the certificate because the quality of the printed certificate isn’t that great.

The hairdresser was on the phone texting several times. I was standing there waiting to pay and she was texting for what felt like an inappropriate amount of time.
