I get a call every time I make appointments for my two boys for haircuts asking me to confirm if I want to keep the appointments. Please stop this practice it is annoying and unnecessary. Of course I want the appointments or I would not have made them. Please just call to confirm but don’t ask if I want to keep them. It’s rude. Also please don’t rush my kids haircuts because you want to leave early in the afternoon. If you are open for business then you are expected to be working. This affects if I give you or tip or not.

Maria was wonderful! My son is afraid of buzzers and she had patience and was so kind and he did great! He can’t wait to go back!
