I am so disappointed with my visit. I left incredibly upset. We had Stacy and Remi for my twins haircuts. Stacy was great and listened to what I wanted for my child’s haircut. Remi on the other hand was clearly distracted buying new scissors for the store and didn’t listen when I told her to keep my sons hair long, but just to slightly clean it up in the front to get his hair out of his face, and to clean up the sides and back slightly but to keep it long, as I want to grow their hair out and keep length. I told Stacy the exact same thing and Stacy listened. Yes, my child was moving a lot as he is not comfortable with some sensory things, but Remi cut off a chunk of his hair in the back behind his ear and there is no hair there anymore. It looks horrible, and she continued to cut off way too much on the rest of his head. Even though I expressed my concerns and was upset that she was cutting off too much, she talked back to me in such a rude and unprofessional manner. My sons hair isn’t even, and she cut it so short where it looks like he has a bald spot behind his ear. My children have picture day next week and I am in tears that this is how this year is going to be documented. The customer should be right in how to cut and style one’s own hair, and the way Remi responded to my concerns that she didn’t listen to what I asked were so demeaning, short, and truthfully mean. We will not be using anyone but Stacy anymore if we decide to return to Cookie Cutters.

I have been coming here for my kid's haircuts. Everytime I bring my son over, I give them a heads up that he is scared of the buzzer. Yet, they still insist on using it, maybe to rush the whole haircut process. He is more comfortable with scissors. Sadly, I might take him somewhere where we can appreciate value and quality.

Hello, this is my third time at cookie cutters and first time with my youngest son. I understand it’s hard to cut childrens hair especially when they are moving and crying and squirming so I don’t expect a perfect cut. However todays cut was quite bad as you can see from the photo. The hairline is so high in the back as well as uneven. I don’t think the woman who cut his hair understood what I was looking for, but I did mention I only wanted it cleaned up above the ears. When she asked if I’d like her to her closer with the buzzer I said yes and that I when she began cutting around the neck. Had it not come out so high and uneven I would not even bother complaining but that is not the case. I had a sick child in the car and the salon was full of other families so I did not want to express my dissatisfaction there. I paid almost $30 (after tip) for a cut that does not look professional.

This is second time with the same hair stylists who chose to put the cloth to protect the hair from coming on clothes she puts the shortest side in the front and my son clothes was full of clothes that I when I picked him my clothes and car was full of it. Asked for help didn't seem to car on getting rid of all the left over hair on my sons clothes. I gave this place a second chance sadly was not worth it

Woman cutting my son’s hair was not very welcoming or friendly given this is specifically a kids salon. Very cold to my child. Luckily my son did great during his first cut but I would imagine if he fussed, she would have had no emotions. For being a kids salon, I would have expected a little more effort.

My husband took our son for a haircut and brought our daughter along as I was still at work. We usually have our sons hair cut my Remi who is awesome, however she was not available. My husband does not recall the name of the hair dresser but I can look it up. Apparently she was very rude to not only my husband but to my daughter. My daughter wanted a closer looks at Anthony’s hair being cut and the hair dresser snapped at her and told her to move. She then was walking around the reception area and snapped against her to not go behind the desk. This facility is designed to cut the hair of children and staff should speak to children kinder otherwise they should work in an adult only salon. The hair dresser also wanted to argue with my husband about how we wanted to style Anthony’s hair and had major attitude. I will look up her name and avoid every having another experience with her.
