My son’s first haircut, certainly was not a good experience, we not only waited for half hour which honestly it was not a big deal, the fact it took less time to have his haircut done, they didn’t even took the time to wipe his hair out his face, he had hair all over his face, mouth and clothes, it appeared they were in a rush to leave the premises. As a suggestion, don’t focus on the numbers but instead on the quality of service.

We walked in a few minutes early and were greeted by the nicest staff. They asked for our name and let us pick a chair right away! Stacy was wonderful at making my 1.5 year old feel comfortable and calm and listened to my nervous ramblings and gave us exactly what we were looking for! Would definitely recommend and will be coming back for his next cut!
