I appreciated the fact that any questions were addressed to Charlie (age 8) rather then to me (Grandma age 60+) then he would ask me what I thought of his answer. It made him feel like it was his choice rather then mine.

I have been coming here for my kid's haircuts. Everytime I bring my son over, I give them a heads up that he is scared of the buzzer. Yet, they still insist on using it, maybe to rush the whole haircut process. He is more comfortable with scissors. Sadly, I might take him somewhere where we can appreciate value and quality.
