Jacob's appointment was at 3:15pm. I had scheduled him the same time as my other son. Jacob was not seen until 3:35pm. If I was just told that they were behind schedule, I would not have been as confused as what was going on. It wasn't the stylist's fault that they were behind schedule, but a little communication would have clarified things.

Ever since we started going to Cookie Cutters my son’s anxiety over haircuts decreased significantly! The staff is so professional, patient and sweet with the clients. Always a pleasant experience.
