Stacy is incredible. She is always so patient and kind. My son struggled with hair cuts in the beginning but we have had the pleasure of working with Stacy for 3 haircuts now and my son has been loving it more and more everytime! Wonderful service. Lollipops and balloons are always there for the kids also which is a huge score for my son. 😅

We waited almost a half hour past our appointment time. Once we were taken, the haircuts themselves were fine. But it was frustrating to wait 30 min over our appt time and watch the hair dresser take her time, braid the other girl's hair, and chat with the parents, knowing she was so far behind. It made us feel like our time wasn't valued. A discount or coupon to acknowledge the inconvenience would have been appreciated. 30 min is definitely different than 5 or 10 min.

We arrived for our appointment on time but was taken almost 15 minutes late. During our waiting time, no one who worked at the salon acknowledged our arrival or that we were even there. It was awkward and we felt like we just weren’t welcome to the salon. The haircut went fine and my son’s hair looks nice, but the overall environment and experience was unsatisfactory and we will most likely be finding another place for our kids haircuts to avoid a similar experience,
