Our stylist did a great job making my child feel comfortable during the haircut. The environment was clean and followed COVID guidelines making it me as a parent feel that it was a safe place to bring my child.

Love coming to Cookie Cutters. It is clean and everyone is so friendly. This is the third time we have used Stacey and she is just so good. She made my daughter feel super special. We will come here again!

The stylist that did my daughter’s hair was amazing! She was very sweet but mainly FRIENDLY AND KIND especially when working with children and having to deal with their parents. Now the girl that was working at the desk was NOT welcoming at all! She just looked irritated and seemed as if she truly just hated her job. At first I thought I was over thinking it until another mom walked in for appt late. She came from behind the front desk and proceeded to tell the mom with a miserable attitude something along the lines of just to let you know ... when your more than 15 min late your appt will get cancelled , rescheduled, you will get charged and so on. She was more scolding the mom than informing her of the policy. But what was more upsetting is she didn’t even greet her!!! She just got straight to the point! I would have walked right out. She pretty much put a damper on my what was supposed to be a happy experience for my daughters 4th birthday haircut. But other than that the hairstylist was absolutely GREAT!!!! She’s definitely meant to work with children and in that environment.

We had a great experience here. It’s the perfect setup for parents of little ones. My 16 month old loved his police car and enjoyed watching his favorite show on TV! Plus, his new haircut is absolutely adorable. Thanks so much!
