Brought our son for his first haircut. Out stylist Tania barley said 2 words to us. She didn't let us know she was starting so we could get a video and began cutting. When he was done we went to the register I noticed the cut was uneven in spots and we had it corrected. We felt they just wanted to get us in and out as fast as they could. When it came to the certificate the printer didn't work so they had to email it to us and they couldn't even get a good picture to go with it. Definitely not worth what we paid for it.
