I have been taking my boys to this place since theyve both needed their hair cut for the last few years. After yesterday's experience with the girl doing my son's hair we won't come back or recommend this place anymore to family or friends. His hair cut usually takes 5 -10 minutes. Yesterday took the girl over 45 minutes and it's a choppy job that we could have done better at home. My son sits well so this isn't his fault. My only hope is that his hair will regrow back before school starts so we can attempt to get it fixed elsewhere. $25 wasted. Retrain your staff to do a better job or don't hire people that can't do a simple kids cut.

I come here to cut my fiancé and my sons hair and I've always been satisfied until today Maria made a huge mistake on my sons hair she admitted it asked help from Helen (had a huge attitude) she cut so much more just to fix it. Maria told her not to charge me since she messed up but Helen had said "no she's gonna pay" I told her I wasn't satisfied with what had happened and acted to take off the charge, but ended up charging me either way. I asked to speak with a manager and got told he wasn't in and don't know when he will be in. Honestly Don't waste your money here with those ladies, such a horrible service not worth it at all!

My daughters bangs are still uneven after going back to get them fixed again. The girl rushed and did not even get the hair off my daughter after she was done

My son’s hair looks awful-super chopped up, and honestly probably would’ve looked better if we cut it ourselves. I can’t believe I paid $22 plus a tip for it. Will not be returning.

The person working the front desk was snippy and the woman who cut my child’s hair made a rude comment about my choice to not wear a mask. She was very unprofessional and ruined the entire first hair cut experience for us. We will not return.

Terrible. They obviously overbook because the "stylist" rushed through our son's haircut and you could definitely tell. It was so terrible we had to go buy clippers and my husband had to fix it when we got home. The little boy next to us also had a horrible haircut. Next time I'll just flush $20 down the toilet instead of driving the 25 minutes to this place.
