Mimi is FANTASTIC with my children. We have had a few appointments with her and have never been disappointed. She is a breath of fresh air and makes hair cuts a little less scary for my 3 year old. We love her

The girl cutting my child’s hair was extremely rude. He started to cry and she looked at him and said “oh wow” and then made a face at the cashier. She was extremely un-understanding that my child was scared. The cashier was also extremely short with me and very unfriendly. I will not be taking my child back here or ever recommending this place to anyone. It’s a shame because the woman we had the first time here was incredible.

We had Tanya this time and she was amazing! She cut his hair just the way I wanted! My last visit with Maria was HORRIBLE, I WILL NEVER MAKE AN APPT WITH MARIA AGAIN! TANYA ROCKS!!! :) :)

Store opens at 9 yet when we arrived for our 10am appointment the store was not open. Woman working clearly saw us outside waiting while she opened the store. Never said anything to us about the wait. Did not know how to print a certificate. Not personable at all. Haircut was good, but everything else was poor. Will not be returning nor will I recommend it to anyone.
