The entire hair cut was rushed. The stylist did not give an opportunity for us to express concerns on the haircut itself… there were little to no differences on my son’s before and after. We were taken ten to fifteen minutes after our scheduled appointment time, only to be rushed during the service because they were closing shop.

The actual haircut is what deserved a 10 since my son is on the autism spectrum, so it's never easy on him or the stylist. However, the lack of customer service by the girl at your register, or any sort of enthusiasm is what earned the low marks. I get it, we're in the middle of a pandemic, so it's tough on everyone. But you work at a specialized children's haircut place, you could try to make it feel like we're not bothering you when we bring our kids in for a haircut.

The stylist was doing hurriness while cutting hair … it’s look like she just want to finish as quick as possible…. As with the kids we like to take time with the hair cuts … she cut the hair uneven from the front and she didn’t even gave time to think that it’s okay or no …

10/10 for Mimi! My son is 5 and has always struggled with haircuts. He gets extremely anxious and moves around quite a bit. Mimi was so kind and understanding. She talked to him the entire time and gave him a lot of praise and reassurance. When she saw him tense up with the clippers, she’d stop and offer him a break. We will definitely be back!
