This is the second visit to Cookie Cutters in Algonquin, IL and they have been fantastic! They gave my son his first haircut at the age 15 months, making it a memorable and fun experience. The second haircut today was just as memorable and exciting. I highly recommend for the entire family!

This was my son's 1st haircut. I've put it off for 2 years because he has the most beautiful curly hair and I've been afraid to have it cut. I came here based on a recommendation from a friend, drove 30 minutes and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience. Ja'net trimmed it, and was very familiar on how to cut my babies curls!! She was sweet and friendly. Love love love my experience here!! We will be coming back for future cuts!!

Very upset with the service my husband received today. Called to see If we could switch and come In earlier after my appointment that was supposed to be with Amanda switched to being with Helen. Lady on the phone said it’s fine after I told her we would be there in 15 minutes , traffic happens they were 5 minutes late. When my husband arrived, a rude comment of “that was 20 minutes ago” was said which was not appreciated. I am a paying customer and I don’t know any kids salon that doesn’t take walk ins. Anyway, the individual that cut my sons hair was very nice to him, the other one not so much. I though a kids haircut place should have nice and happy individuals working there I guess not this one. Def will not come back nor will I ever refer anyone. Smart comments are not appreciated.

In my visit today I had an uncomfortable moment with one of the stylists since she did not want us to use the airplane chair and my baby wanted that one and when she let us use it to make the cut she looked very upset and she was not the one that she would cut my baby's hair was very uncomfortable for us to see that I don't know her name on the other hand Maria always takes good care of us at all times and she tried to explain why the other lady was angry

The hair dresser was great with our son. They put on his favorite TV show for him. They kept him happy! The price was a bit much but other than that the experience was great!
