Pricing is appropriate and staff is friendly and attentive. My one complaint is my sons ear was cut with the buzzers and he did bleed a little. He does have big ears but all you have to do is pull them down and not clip so fast. Seemed very rushed

My son cried too much, that’s something out of the profesional hands. But we hardly understand what she was saying due to her poor English or strong accent. My husband, my son and I ended it up full of hair all over. The profesional was very nervous so made us very uncomfortable and unsure of the visit. If we decided to go back would be with another person. My son ended up with a very poor hair cut. Mayte

As a mom, the way my son was treated during his haircut today was painful to watch. He never cries during haircuts, but he cried the whole time today. He kept telling the stylist that she was hurting him and she completely ignored him. She was very aggressive with the clippers and the comb. She would pull and slam them down onto his head. It was as if she was just trying to get it done and over with with no regard for how my 5 year old was doing. She was combing his hair and pulling and he said it hurt and her only remark was “the comb is hurting you?” Never sorry, never taking a second to ask what was hurting or reassess. After the service, I was looking over the haircut and noticed his ear was bleeding She had cut his ear during the haircut. This is not a typical experience for us, as we use this location often and always have a good experience. This one though, totally unacceptable and I feel so sad for my son. I have included a photo of his ear. The back of his neck was also scratched up after the service.

The actual haircut is what deserved a 10 since my son is on the autism spectrum, so it's never easy on him or the stylist. However, the lack of customer service by the girl at your register, or any sort of enthusiasm is what earned the low marks. I get it, we're in the middle of a pandemic, so it's tough on everyone. But you work at a specialized children's haircut place, you could try to make it feel like we're not bothering you when we bring our kids in for a haircut.

I brought in a photo of what I wanted yet the stylist cut it way too short. I mentioned I wanted it long 4 times and she butchered the bangs like the haircut from dumb and dumber. Will not return although the environment was great for kids or if u want just a shaved fade.

Hi there, so it was our first experience with this salon. My husband and I brought our 19 month old son in for a first haircut. Honestly I wasn’t sure how I wanted it cut. So I kinda explained a little shorter but not down to his scalp. Right away she hit the clippers out which scared my son and made him start crying and arching his back. I was trying to comfort him and hold him steady so she cut clip his hair. But I would think if you knew this was his first experience, that your first move wouldn’t be grab the noisy clippers. Right?! I don’t know maybe that’s just my opinion. As time went on he did calm down and she was able to use the clippers and a few different types of scissors as well. Towards the end he was getting very antsy and just didn’t want to sit anymore. He was basically in a full fit, and it took both myself and my husband to hold him still while She kept trying to “clean” up the edges but actually just made the right side look completely uneven. Unfortunately my husband and I didn’t notice until we got to the car. I understand it’s a hard job to cut little kids hair especially with them moving around but we paid almost $30 tip included for an okay first haircut.
