I was happy with the haircut but felt there could have been more precautions to keep everyone safe from Covid. For example seats were not always cleaned before next use and limit to only one parent to enter with child.

We have been coming here since my son was about 1. We absolutely love Mimi! She is so patient and cuts hair so well. When my husband took him in today for a haircut he was badgered by I believe the manager / owner about my son not wearing a mask. He is not yet 2.5 years old. I understand that over 2 masks are required. We have tried so many times to put a mask on him and he refuses. We can’t even get him to put the cape on in the salon. He’s so young and does not understand. My husband wore a mask and I waited in the car for extra safety. Gentleman said next time He’d be required to wear a mask. So unfortunately that was most likely our last visit there. Seeing as it is a kids haircut place I would hope there would Be a little more leniency. He’s just a little kid that doesn’t understand. We will for sure miss Mimi!!!

We had Mimi and she was super friendly with my kids. My kids were not the easiest to cut but she did great still.

April was good. She almost left a bunch of long hairs in front of my child’s face. She fixed it though. She kept up with my daughter as my daughter likes to move a lot. Cute chairs. Kept her occupied. Had TVs with shows my daughter enjoys. She did a great job overall

Denise was very nice and did a great job with my wiggly boy. I had a Groupon for this cut, I don’t think I would return for full price cut. The salon itself isn’t as kid friendly as I expected based on the website, and doesn’t even compare to KidSnips in Barrington. You don’t have to have a full toy store, but definitely more for kids to do if there is a wait, as well as to make it a more kid friendly looking atmosphere. Your competitor is KidSnips. Great cut, but environment wise not much different than an adult salon or barber.

Katie was absolutely wonderful with our son. He’s always had difficulty with haircuts especially the sound of the clippers or hair falling on him. Katie was so sweet and patient with him. She made sure to brush the hair off frequently to make him more comfortable and even let him hold the brush. We look forward to seeing Katie again.
