The salon was very warm and extremely crowded. They only had the back door open and seemed to have no air conditioning going. We had to wait 15 extra minutes from our actual appointment.

I drove 35min for this place, because I heard they did the best, but totally ruined my baby’s first haircut. Paid for baby’s first cut package. My baby just got a cut, and the lady was in a major rush no balloon, no lollipop, no happy voice just rushed cutting and a picture on plain paper not even on photo paper. She put a bow on like it came with the package without asking if I would pay for it $7 more. Then she said “I don’t know I just work here.”

Great experience for my daughter’s first haircut!

Mimi did an amazing job and made sure our child was comfortable and happy the entire time. We were so impressed that she continued to talk to him throughout the entire appointment and continuously asked us for our feedback to make sure we were happy with the haircut. She also slowly introduced the clipper to make sure our child wasn’t afraid or reactive since our child had not had experience with one before. We will absolutely recommend Cookie Cutters to all the parents we know and will be going here for all future haircuts.

So I went back today to have someone fix my son's hair that was not done right yesterday and the lady who fixed his hair was understanding and quick! I think she said her name was April I'm not sure I'm bad at names but his hair looks so great now! I felt bad because I didn't have cash on me to tip her for fixing his hair someone else messed up. She had also said she had another correction she has to do today from yesterday so at least I'm not the only one that had an issue.
