We brought our 17 month old baby boy here for his first professional cut (I had done small clean ups at home). I was nervous about letting someone else cut his nice baby hair off and still wanted him to look like a little guy. They were great with our son! He cried the second we set him down but the stylist instantly started singing and playing with our son! She made him very comfortable, helped us understand his hair even better, and they gave us a great experience! He loved playing with the plane wheel and the indoor slide! I would highly suggest using them!

This has been our 3rd time coming to the Algonquin location. And this time really exceeded my expectations. Mimi was not only great with Maddox but she also held a conversation with me and I thought she went over the top about cleaning the hair all of him when she was finished cutting his hair. Got the hair dryer to blow it all off, then went and found a lint roller!!! Then to top it off, he went to the slide and she was actually playing with him.

I was very impressed with our visit today. The stylists were very professional, but also patient, kind, and engaging with my son. His haircut looks great! I wasn’t impressed with previous staff or our prior experience, but I’m happy to report a huge difference in our experience today. Thank you!
