I feel bad, because my son still must look through the hair that hangs into his eyes. The stylist simply did not cut his hair enough to get it out of his eyes, which was the primary reason for the visit. He is only 2 years old, so he doesn't know to complain about it. I just feel like the visit was a waste of time and money. I'd like to think that they might offer to cut off more at no additional charge, if we return within a short period of time. However, authorization from upper level management might be required. Perhaps the reader of this feedback will be in a position to help us.

This was the worst haircut my kid has received. We told her a four blade around, and leave the tops long (little boy cut). She was busy chattin, got distracted and started cutting and went nearly to the scalp. The fronts are all uneven. Luckily his hair grows fast. I’m usually very happy with the service and final product, but this hairdresser did not listen and did not give us what we asked for.

They only had one person working and she kept stopping to answer the phone. I don’t feel his hair cut is even all over. She felt rushed with others waiting and with the phone ringing. He was in the chair less then 10 minutes from when we walked in the door. Not sure we will be back.

The person who cut my boy’s hair is inexperienced and needs more practice. This is after my husband, tried to fix his hair at home because it was not a straight line and she just completely forgot to do the marked line like his older brother, but honestly thank goodness because it looks terrible on him.

We did the kids first cut and didn’t get a print out like the description said we would. It was our child’s first haircut so they were scared and unsure and the stylist wasn’t very friendly or comforting, she just held their head in place and after the cut we noticed he was cut in several places on the back of his neck from the clippers. Disappointed for our first cut. I didn’t expect it to be smooth by any means but just disappointed in our last “first” with our son.
