My son always gets anxious and cries/screams when the clippers turn on. Arnise is always so patient and caring. She is quick and reassures him the entire time. She is so sweet and great at what she does. Please make sure to hire more staff so that Arnise isn't alone. At this visit, she was the only team member handling all of the appointments. She was professional and did her best to keep every appointment on time. Arnise is amazing!
