Normally a great experience but 01/02/2025 when my child got his hair cut. Typically the stylist lets me stay with my child (6 years old) but this employee, who I hadn’t seen before, told me to go sit in the waiting area. When she finished she called me over and had already styled my child’s hair. Since I have always had great experiences at this location, I didn’t think to tell her to unstyle it so I could check. When I got home I could see how uneven, not blended, almost faux hawk like hair cut when I asked for a #2 fade. I sent a picture to my hairstylist and thankfully she was able to get him in, but it cost me extra money to get it fixed. Just severely disappointed and thankful my son is old enough to understand that haircuts don’t hurt and we won’t have to go back to this place.

Absolutely the worst haircut of my son’s life. She didn’t listen to our ask or doesn’t know how to do a fade. Our son left with buzzed hair and an old man comb over on top because all attempts she made to “fade” kept getting higher and higher on his head and honestly we just needed her to stop. We will now have to have someone else attempt to salvage this hack job. I’m so embarrassed we even paid for this.
