I trusted this girl to cut my son's hair and she accidentally nicked his earlobe. He's on the spectrum so he was crying for a few days after his haircut.

Please for the sake of all parents, remove the claw machine you added. It is a stressful enough experience to bring a toddler into a haircut without having them meltdown over a machine where there is a low to zero chance they win a stuffed animal without spending $30 to do so. This is a huge violation of parent trust in this place. It took our experience from a 10 to a 2 and this will lose you customers in the long run. Multiple parents were complaining about it when we visited today. We will not be back and will be going to sharkeys until this machine is removed. If you want additional income, there are other ways.
