The hair stylist was amazing. My 2 year old didn't want to sit for his haircut, but she was awesome and got the job done perfectly. I was impressed by the level of service she gave.

They got to us 15 minutes after our appointment. I showed her a pic of how my son likes his hair cut, she cut his hair too short, almost like a buzz cut! Over priced, and underqualified. We’ll not be returning.

The haircut my son received today looks really terrible. It is uneven, bizarrely short in the back, and choppy. We will not be back.

Arnise is amazing. She is so good with my child and so kind. She works quickly and carefully!

We come to see Arnise and she always gives a great cut. It feels very rushed though and seh constantly has to step to answer the phone within a 15 minute haircut which feels hectic to your clients, especially kids who might be frightened by a haircut. The stylists manage too much. The price has gone up a lot for them not to be solely devoted to you during your appointment. That would hard to sustain a client every 15 min, answering the phones, checking people in and out and clean up. That's not the experience from any of the places I've gone to as an adult.
