My daughter wanted to go here to get 10 inches cut off her hair. I could have done a better job. For this being a place that caters to kids the personality of the stylist was not existent, she did not seem to like what she did and did not interact with my child's at all. Would not recommend at all. Disappointed and now I will be fixing her hair.

I have been to the other Cookie Cutters in Carmel. The service at this Westfield location is far superior to the other Cookie Cutters or to any kids salon in the area.

A good experience overall. The stylist did a nice job keeping my son engaged while working on his cut and being friendly and patient. The play area is clean and kept stocked with books and chalk for the chalkboard wall. Two fairly minor complaints: 1) I always make an appointment and we have yet to wait less than 15 minutes (longest was 30 minutes). 2) There is usually a sign stating they are low on cash and asking for cash tips instead of added to a credit card purchase. When I have an AM appointment and they already have the sign out it makes me think they aren't planning appropriately

We do our best to stay on time with appointments. We are constantly low on cash, due to clients tipping on their credit cards, therefore it is a constant battle of being low. Stylists can't withdraw money from bank, has nothing to do with planning ahead.

My son was having a rough night but the hair stylist was so patient and tried to make my son feel comfortable. It was so nice and the hair cut was great as well.
