We come to see Arnise and she always gives a great cut. It feels very rushed though and seh constantly has to step to answer the phone within a 15 minute haircut which feels hectic to your clients, especially kids who might be frightened by a haircut. The stylists manage too much. The price has gone up a lot for them not to be solely devoted to you during your appointment. That would hard to sustain a client every 15 min, answering the phones, checking people in and out and clean up. That's not the experience from any of the places I've gone to as an adult.

I love taking my kids to Cookie Cutters (and they love coming), but the past two times I've been, I've had issues with the scheduling system. I received confirmation emails with the date/time that I booked, but when I arrived at the salon today, they had me down for a different time, and last time didn't have me listed at all. This led the stylist to be double booked and rushed. I hope the scheduling system gets fixed so that it is a smoother experience for all.

I had made online reservations with our regular stylists. When we arrived both boys were put with a different stylist than our regular. Our appointment was for 9:15. We arrived at 9:10 and our regular stylist was assigned to someone else after we arrived. Reservations should be honored especially with the requested stylist.

I have been a regular customer at the Westfield location for 3 years and get haircuts for my son every 2 months. I was in there today with both my children (7) and (5), when my 5 year old son informed me that a man there had a gun. It was was clear to even my son that he was not law enforcement of any kind. Having him there armed with large pistol on his hip did NOT make me feel safer, and don’t believe it is appropriate to bring weapons into an establishment for children. While the stylist that cut my child’s hair was very warm and friendly, the person checking us in was not. She checked us in, but had no other interaction with us (her choice) during our visit. I feel like the price is high for no more than we need for our child, but I do appreciate today’s stylist going above and beyond for my little one
