My husband took our son in for his cut and when he came home I was surprised that several pieces of hair were missed on top. For reference he started with about 2” on top and took it down to a number 3 buzz cut. We had to get out the comb and scissors at home to try to fix it. Will likely get out my husbands Wahl set to rerun the top part tomorrow.

The lady who cut my children’s hair was very nice and gave good haircuts but she took her mask down to blow the hair away from my sons neck and with Covid did not think that was the best choice.

Very Long wait even with an appointment...hard to do with little ones.

It was my daughter’s “baby” first hair cut. It felt like it wasn’t present in a way other than a hair cut. I signed up for baby’s first hair cut which I would have thought was something a little more special. I asked to keep my daughters in which it was put in the tiniest little baggie with strand sticking out. The presentation of the “baby first hair cut “ rather underwhelming. Jennifer

Was confused why the stylists were not wearing masks, especially when serving unvaccinated children. Will not be back until that is fixed.

It takes special people to want to work with small children. These people acted like they didn’t want to be there. I also had an appointment but had to wait. With the COVID situation they should spread the appointments out more. Way too many kids in lobby touching everything.
