Shane was awesome. Patience in abundance, inclusive w Gavin, haircut was beautiful. The chairs, TV, and no one allowed in the lobby was what truly helped my special needs child. The noise is normally too much which causes him to tantrum, lash out, and run away. So I'm thankful and will be returning in 2 months.
