I found it rude and unprofessional that nobody called to warn us that the CC machine was down and it would be cash only. The ATM charges a few to use and so does the bank… so there is a double fee on top of the price for the cut. I gave another mom cash and she Venmo’d me because your employees were going to turn her away for not having cash available. There should have been a call or the price of the ATM fees should have been taken out of the cut….

Hairstylist didn’t review my appt request that advised it I was scheduling my daughter’s first hair cut, so she didn’t save a locket of her hair. Stylist didn’t offer professional advice.

Pre booked appt. waited over 30 mins after scheduled time before see. Stylist was friendly but way too long for my toddler to wait

Service was great, as was the stylist. Everyone was extremely welcoming. My son (15 mos) threw a massive fit and the stylist worked very patiently while I held him in place. I was extremely satisfied with the result of the haircut. The stylist worked great on a constantly moving target. I attended the grand opening event. The atmosphere was very chaotic, which i think may have contributed to my son's uneasiness. I would recommend based on service and quality. I would like to return at a more settled time to experience the "kid friendly" environment.

I think the online system needs to be kept up to date. To arrive thinking you have an appointment with someone and then being told you don’t because that person is off is very unprofessional. We had to wait for other people to finish or arrive before we were able to get started. I also think there needs to be less chit chat. It’s one thing to be polite and have conversation while cutting hair but to completely stop what you are doing to have a conversation knowing people are waiting lacks professionalism. Especially when are appointment was canceled without us even knowing. Once we had the haircut the person who cut hair was very lovely and helpful.

We have been going to Cookie Cutters for about a year now and have always had a great experience. However, the last time I went, I witnessed one of the employees being very rude and talking down to another employee that just needed some help with the computer system. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 10 years, I know this is not the kind of culture that you would want to see in your store. Again, I’ve always had a great experience until what I witnessed this last visit.
