Was surprised to hear notes are not left about prior haircuts or style notes. When I called I asked to have the stylist cut my sons hair that did the prior time and shared that I really liked what she did. Online booking wasn’t working so I called last week. The assured me the appointment was set with the same person. Today was my sons appointment and no confirmation was sent. I called and finally reached someone who said the appointment was with someone else. There seems to be no consistency or organization. Was willing to make the extra drive initially because I was so happy with Jennas cut but they booked me with someone else a week ago and told me it was with Jenna and then said Jenna left no notes on his history. So although our experiences before were good, I do not think we’ll be back and will opt for someplace closer for the less than service. Would recommend they manage their customers and service better as it seems they do not care to keep loyal clientele.

Ally was wonderful as always. The front desk girl on the other hand needs all the customer service classes you can enroll her into. She was not nice, blamed us for not getting our haircut on time. We got there at 9:03 when our appt was at 9. She explained the 5 min rule which we understood and had no problems waiting because our hairdresser had taken another kid. But I told the lady we did make it within the 5 mins and that Child was clearly sitting in that chair for longer than 3 mins because she was almost done with him.after telling her we made it within the 5 mins her response was "well she's already got another kid so..." and gave us attitude. Then at the end she deliberately ignored me when I stood in the front to pay. Another lady walked up next to me and she acknowledged her and told her she'd be with her. She didn't help me until I was the last person she had to actually help.

I took my 1 year old in to get his first haircut and it was a terrible cut. I asked for a small trim around his ears and a small bang trim to get his hair out of his eyes and the stylus cut off so much. Plus she cut around his ears very uneven. You can tell where it was cut incorrectly. And the back side is very uneven and she cut way above the hairline. I’m so sad that this was my experience for my little guy. The customer service was great I was just so disappointed about the cut itself.

I’ve been coming to this Cookie Cutters for a long time, and we really like the atmosphere and the service. Our stylist (Katie) was very nice however, yesterday (7/13) I was pretty disatisfied with the way my little guys’ haircut turned out. I attached pictures where you can see the “hole” when his hair is combed to the side. I explained to the stylist that the way I style his hair is parted and combed to the side. There’s no hiding that “hole” or gouge that was done. I spent $21.95 including tip and I’m just unhappy with what happened. All of my kiddos and I love Cookie Cutters, but this was an unfortunate incident.

This was my son’s second haircut and this appointment was very impersonal. They seemed just interested in getting us out within our 15 minute window. The stylist seemed extremely nervous to cut his hair like it was her first time. And not once when the cut was done did she ask if I had any concerns or what I thought. She simple just walked away. This appointment was very different from my last one. The stylist that cut my son’s hair the first time was not available so I decided to have them assign me one. Unfortunately this left me unpleased with the quality of haircut my son received. His bangs were cut too short and basically his cut looks like a bowl.
