The person that is as a receptionist it’s really nice and offers great customer service. Believe they need to hire stylist that are patient with kids. The girl Rose was really stressed out and didn’t have patients with my daughter Also, didn’t like that she cut my daughter hair with the shaving machine. Believe that is really dangerous. Special kids moving a lot It is more convenient for her because she likes to finish quick. The other stylist needs more experience in hair. I ask to do medium layers hair cut and she honestly didn’t cut in layers. Sorry and I really apologize for not giving a 5 stars but will definitely not recommend this place to come. It was my first time and the last.

Tried a new hair stylist. Pretty rude and unprofessional. Gave no guidance, and seemed very impatient. Haircut lasted about 6minutes First experience in this location was great with a different hairstylists. But completely turned up after the experience. If I ever go back I’m picking the first girl.

The notes should b recorded at all times requested at customers request. And I still can't get a decent fade for my 7 yr. Old! I always tip good every time and get there on time but I feel rushed every time. The workers that are good never stay longer than a month!very disappointed but my son has some sensory issues and loves this place so we travel from the other side of town for this?

My son got trimmer cut. Hair dresser/stylist did not even apologize. My son was suppose to look down and he did most of the time. But he looked up one time and he cut a very bad cut. She only gave us bandage. She could have at least tried to apologize, offer a discount or talk to my son.

First and last visit! Initial greeting when we arrived was not very welcoming. I had entered my daughter's name instead of my son's and the girl up front made a rude comment of, "you should have updated the name". Then I'd asked about the family package and I saw an eye roll with a hmff "that's only Tuesdays". My son wasn't used to getting a professional cut because I've been doing it myself, so he was a little scared. I'd mentioned that to Brie and she responded with "you need to schedule for extra time if that's what he needs". I felt that a child being corrected the whole time.

Our stylist this morning was rude unhappy and unprofessional. We asked for something we were told we couldn’t have yet another stylist was able to do with their client. If it’s something that she couldn’t do why not ask to have someone else do it instead of just telling us no while we see it being done right next to us. Instead of listening to what makes our child uncomfortable she went ahead and told us it didn’t matter and decided to do what she wanted to do. Never once tried to make our child comfortable and just stood there looking annoyed. Overall horrible experience!!!
