We have been here many times and I have never been unhappy with our experience until today. I'm not a confrontational person so I did not say anything at the time we were there for my childrens haircuts and I wish I would have spoke up for how much I spent, but I am not happy with the service that we received today, I don't know the stylists name, but she was the only one working. First, my son did not get to pick which chair he wanted to sit in..really that’s no big deal, but the hair from the previous customer that sat in this chair that she had my child sit in was not cleaned up. As for my youngest, I showed a picture of how I wanted his hair and It is not nearly as short as I would've liked it to be, I wasn’t even asked if I was happy with it when she finished, she just blew the hair of him and she was done, didn’t even style it or ask if I wanted it styled. As for my oldest, I let her know what I wanted for him and she began to cut his hair. He is autistic and there are certain sounds that he doesn’t like, such as the clippers touching the comb so every time he heard it, he would say “ouch” simply because he didn’t like the noise, not because it was hurting him. After so many times, she says "it’s not ouch, it's not even touching you…” His hair was also not cut the way I wanted it, it was pretty long and I asked for a 2 on top, she did not touch it at all and when she finished I was not asked if I was happy with his either. She just walked to the register and checked us out.

I went in to the salon and we’ve been there a couple times however this was a new stylist , haircut was very rushed.my son was probably in the chair no more than 10 mins I got him and began to look at his hair and everything is uneven.This is the first bad experience I have had there.

We waited over 20 minutes just to get seated and still have to wait after having an appointment and the girl at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional! I will not be returning especially after having to wait a second time after having an appointment!!

I booked an appointment for baby’s first haircut and we were being rushed out and still charged for the package even though nothing was provided for us besides the haircut. When I asked the stylist said it’s just a printed paper that comes with it however, online it says other wise. She changed the price and we were send out with nothing that we expected for our baby’s first hair cut.

We made an appointment ahead of time knowing that we had many other errands to run. We showed up 10 mins early and were told we were going to be called next. After waiting 45 mins and several people who came in after us were called before us, we were finally called. After explaining several times to the stylist what we wanted she couldn't seem to figure it out. We are very unsatisfied with our son's haircut and will not be returning to this salon. Very unprofessional!

I was with my kid waiting for over 30 min when I saw 3 stylist using their phone for a long time and talking while me and other customers were waiting for someone to be available.
