I look forward to returning to Florida as Paula seems to know exactly what my hair needs to cooperate with me. She listens! Paula also recommended the nail technician, introduced me to Jennifer, and made sure that what I wanted was something Jennifer could do. Paula even offered a nail coupon, but I forgot to get it before I left.

The service from the moment you walk in the door is extraordinary! All the staff are friendly and helpful, and offer the option of additional services without being 'pushy'. I continue to get the best haircuts of my life, at a third go the price I usually pay. At home, I go to the top salon in my city, with arguably the best stylist, and I still get a better cut at Michelina's. I also really liked Gene's manner with his staff -always gently teaching -while never making the staff or the client feel awkward. I will definitely be returning and encouraging my friends to do the same.
