I drove 30 minutes because Abbie has done such a great job in the past. I was told upon entering that I would need to wear a mask. I mentioned that I had recovered from covid less than 30 days ago. I would not have come if I had known. It was not required at any of our previous visits and I was not notified prior. I will not be returning as long as this is required. The requirement for 10 and up doesn't really make sense. It is an arbitrary number.

She was awesome with my child screaming and wiggling the whole time. She corrected the mistakes another salon made on his hair. He looks adorable. Also, appreciated the mask policy and its enforcement.

The sign on your door says face masks recommended. However as soon as I walked in a woman came from the back to tell me to put on a mask and stood there until I did even though I reminded her the door says recommended . In Texas face masks are not required and if a business requires them you should let your guests know so they can choose which business to frequent. If we didn’t have photos this afternoon I would have chosen to leave. At this point people who want to wear a mask should definitely wear one but those of that know our own health situations should have a choice. Abbey was wonderful and we hope that we can return to visit her in the future.

Everything was great, but did not appreciate being forced to wear a mask. I was immediately asked to put a mask on when I walked in. The sign in the front should say mask required instead of recommended. Spring location

Balsa is always so sweet and patient with our child who dislikes his haircuts lol.

If you have an appointment it should be honored. We had an appointment (with any stylist) and others with appointments later than ours were taken first. We even arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment. It is unfortunate as we normally have a good experience.
