Could have been cleaner, there was hair still in the chair from previous client and hair so over the doormat at the front door.

I received several confirmation emails and texts saying that we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 5 mins late. They want to constantly remind you of the consequences of what happens if YOU are 5 minutes late; HOWEVER, our hair dresser was 25 minutes late. It should be against policy to keep a toddler waiting that long. PLEASE LEAVE IF YOU ARE WAITING MORE THAN 5 MINUTES. This has happened to us several times now, enough times to never come back. Our 3 year old was so fed up after a long wait that they could not cut his hair properly. Looks ridiculous, cant believe we still had to pay.

Shantalle was wonderful with Carter. She kept him super happy the whole time....and she was efficient with her time. She listened to what we wanted and delivered perfectly!
