I think the salon is great. Great location, atmosphere, professionalism, customer service, attitude, etc. Mostly everything is great. But my hair is not great. Didn't like how it looked to be honest. The back of my head/hair is way too flat, and I look hideous from the side. The top of my head/hair is not symmetrical. You know like one side is higher than the other. Actually quite surprised by how flat it is because nobody cuts like that anymore. Usually the back of my head's hair is longer than gradually shorter down the neck. Not the stylist fault, he was good and did a lot of little things that I never experienced before. Asian hair cutting in America is hit or miss to be honest, hard to find a stylist that knows how to cut hard hair. Not blaming anyone, the stylist is great I am sure, but I probably won't be driving 40 min for another visit. Thank you,

I came in for a mani pedi combo and eyebrow wax. The employees that work here are very polite and and professional. I just think that the mani/pedi services are overpriced. It was $75 for the mani pedi and I am used to paying $50-$60 at other salons. The brow pricing of $15 is perfect. And the girl who did my brows did an amazing job! For the mani/pedi price I did get a good paraffin wax and the milk and honey scrub was nice. But, at other salons I usually get a calf massage with the pedi and forearm massage with the mani and it is cheaper. I also prefer to be in and out quicker than my visit today. For all 3 services it took 2 hours and 30 minutes, which is longer than I am used to.

the nail police that was used started to chip quickly. i cannot remember if a protector coat was put on and i'm not sure if the chipping is my fault as i wash my hands a lot..
