It has been ten years since I first met Hoa, and never had a bad experience. My hair can be a bit unruly, too so I'm pretty discerning when it comes to letting someone come near my head suit with scissors. All joking aside, Salon Joa is an amazing experience, and you will not leave disappointed. The place is clean and comfortable, and everyone there is a true professional.
