I had a great first experience at Salon Joa! Everyone there was very friendly and professional. Darci did a great job taking through the stages of a perm as I had never gotten one before. She has experience with straight Asian hair and made me feel comfortable making this decision for my hair style. We had great conversation and the visit went by very quickly! They were so apologetic for having to reschedule my appointment and gave me a discount on my first appointment! It goes to show they really value their customers and will be returning here for my future hair appointments!
