Only gripe, and not at all about my service, but there was a dirty blender bottle with the dregs of a shake sitting on the nail table the whole time. Not in keeping with the aesthetic of the salon and, truthfully, gross.

The experience at Joa was outstanding. I booked the appointment online (which I love) but had to change it at the last minute. Simone was super friendly and helpful on the phone when I called. Nicole was my stylist and is superb. She did excellent work and was very helpful as I was not totally sure what I wanted. Great job all around. I already booked my next appointment with Nicole! Thank you!

I came in for a microblading consultation. I really appreciate the honest advice that I received from Jo as well as advice on the next steps I need to take before I can proceed with microblading. I really look forward to working with her in the future!

Alonso is a miracle man! I came in with a real project for him- long, thick, tangled and yellowish. Plus a history of salon chair torture. He was so kind, funny and calm. He wasn't even phased by my mess or judgmental. He got to work right away and really listened to what I was going for and had great advice. My hair now is the best it has looked in years and I am so happy to have Alonso and Salon Joa in my life! Thank you Alonso!
