Got the feeling that the stylist did not want me there at all. Limited conversation, rushed hair cut, just wanted to get me out as fast as possible.

I think you’re stylist need to learn how to manage ethnic hair. It’s a terrible feeling when you leave the salon looking frizzy and with so much volume.

I scheduled 3 appointments because I didn't know what the services didn't know that you could do pedi/Mani with a full set together also had a facial wax but the lady up front cancelled the facail that was scheduled two hours later saying that she wouldn't be done but was done in time to get the facail but had scheduled someone else .. if you're paying your money to get service she shouldn't be cancelling people appointments

The stylist put product in my hair wothout asking of I wanted it and made my hair very greasy. I don’t feel like anyone cared that I was even at the salon or enjoying my experience. I didn’t really feel welcomed. And when I asked about some shampoo suggestions the stylist recommended products that weren’t shampoos. I didn’t enjoy my experience and I feel like I paid way too much for what happened. I will not be back.

I showed about 8 pictures of the color I wanted....... all I was told is the color would not be that light....(i could accept that)..but what I wasn't told is the stylist could not do what I was asking......she should have said she couldn't do what I requested.......my hair is one shade lighter brownish red......when I request a dramatic blonde with dark roots.....After THREE hours.....VERY disappointed :-( ILL WILL NOT BE REFERRING ANYONE.....

The stylist worked much too quickly and seemed dismissive of me & my daughter. Not only is the cut uneven, but there are areas with longer hair that weren’t cut to the correct length. Unfortunately a bad first experience trying a new salon.
