I literally asked for one thing: to take the thickness out of my hair, which is very heavy. The stylist was very nice but VERY CLEARLY did not know how to do that. I should have stuck with going to an Asian salon for Asian hair because it is still WAY too heavy.

Hoa is always so kind to my son, they talk hair but he is always so nice asking him about sports etc. , my son is very particular about his hair and salon Joa is the only place he will go!
