I loved having Cristela re color my hair! I had a friend practice bleaching my hair, and I did not fully like how it came out, but Cristela was very patient and took her time to fix my hair in my opinion. Very nice conversation, and professional knowledge about how hair works. I have chinese asian hair, and was looking for a hair stylist experienced in this and I am glad I found Salon Joa. Will go there again.

I scheduled 3 appointments because I didn't know what the services didn't know that you could do pedi/Mani with a full set together also had a facial wax but the lady up front cancelled the facail that was scheduled two hours later saying that she wouldn't be done but was done in time to get the facail but had scheduled someone else .. if you're paying your money to get service she shouldn't be cancelling people appointments
