I came in to see Cristela to start transitioning my hair blonde again! She was so knowledgeable, gave me many options and very thorough! I know Hoa and Jo from our neighborhood and they are amazing people. The atmosphere and environment of this salon was pristine! It was very hard for me to find a new hair stylist, but mine is so far away. She made me feel welcome and like she cared about my hair!

Got the feeling that the stylist did not want me there at all. Limited conversation, rushed hair cut, just wanted to get me out as fast as possible.

The stylist put product in my hair wothout asking of I wanted it and made my hair very greasy. I don’t feel like anyone cared that I was even at the salon or enjoying my experience. I didn’t really feel welcomed. And when I asked about some shampoo suggestions the stylist recommended products that weren’t shampoos. I didn’t enjoy my experience and I feel like I paid way too much for what happened. I will not be back.

Hoa and the whole Salon Joa team are great! Everyone is always friendly, they do a great job, they’re efficient, and they’ve never let me down. I only ever utilize the barber room, but I know the excel with all their other services, too! Great place, highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience here… The salon is easily accessible. The staff are friendly and professional. My haircut is absolutely excellent… The kind of haircut that I always want but never know how to ask for. I highly recommend this experience
