The place is modern and clean as always. The enthusiasm of the stylist was so low and it almost felt that she was not interested at all. The front person was okay but she was not paying attention to the surroundings very much and I had to approach to her to give her a clue. I haven’t been here since last December and I see a few different stylists. My stylist today was someone I have never seen before. I wish she was more perky and had brighter personality. I understand that some clients may prefer quiet time rather than having awkward conversations but a little bit of conversation can easily break the ice. I felt awkward the whole time unfortunately.

My first time at Salon Joa. I went in to fix a horrible haircut I received from my previous hairdresser (elsewhere) .... I was thrilled to see the glowing Yelp reviews and I felt confident I'd receive the right style. Indeed, I did. Eda was my hairstylist and she was exceptional. Now I understand why soooo many people love Salon Joa: they do things right. Clean. Spacious. Airy. Light. Excellent service and people. TALENT!!!!
