This was the first haircut I got in almost a year, and I absolutely LOVE it! I appreciated seeing the staff clean all surfaces that anyone touched, it made me feel safe. Danielle did a wonderful job and I will definitely be back to see her. My only complaint is that I got reminder emails and text messages almost every day from the time I booked my appointment to the time I walked in the door. I confirmed my appointment 3 separate times because I kept getting confirmation requests so I didn't know if the others had gone through and I was nervous my appointment would be cancelled. This was a VERY unpleasant experience. I found myself screaming at my phone "I KNOW!" when I would get another text. Dramatic, yes, but it was super annoying, especially since I booked my haircut two weeks out.

Had a really great experience here today. I got a woman's cut. The stylist, Cristela immediately got what I was looking for and had an understanding of my hair texture, and I'm really happy with the result. Everyone I talked to was really friendly and professional. My only gripe was that they were running behind a bit, and my haircut itself was longer than listed online, and I ended up being there a lot longer than I'd anticipated. I definitely get that that can happen though, so it wouldn't stop me from going back or referring people to the salon.

I was SO thrilled to have a stylist with similar hair to my own, she knew exactly what I wanted and needed in a haircut and I was able to relax in her hands!
