Yoianda is the best, but the people who washed my hair seemed bothered to have to do so. It was a very brief wash, no scalp massage, very unfriendly.

No one at the front desk seems to be monitoring appointments that are made online by the customer which caused me to waste 45 minutes waiting today. Today for example I made an online appointment for an hour pedicure to follow my already made online hair appointment which was at 1pm. I finish at 1:45pm and am escorted back to the pedicure area but the pedicure person is not there. It seems she left earlier to pickup her son, "...but she will be right back." Meanwhile after waiting and waiting for her to return I go up to the cashier to pay for my hair visit. It is now around 2:25pm. The cashier apologizes for the wait and mentions that I made my appointment online like it was my fault. I made the appointment online over an hour before I arrived for my 1pm appointment. My suggestion is if you have system such as yours that the customer's appointments made by the customer show up in another color as soon as they are made someone should be monitoring/managing your online system. I am sure the front desk gets an alert when an online appointment is made. That was not the case. I wasted almost 45 minutes waiting around when the front desk did nothing about my appointment. I should have received a call or atleast told when I arrived at the salon that my pedicure would be late. The customer wants to make appointments online. The customer expects the salon to manage the appointments when there is a problem as there was today. What can be done so this doesn't happen again? Should I have to call the salon after I make every online appointment? That defeats your whole online system. If the front desk is not going to manage a same day appointment, the system should be programmed not to accept the appointment. Another annoying feature of your online system is an appointment can not be changed. I guess it gets down to how much money you want to spend on a scheduling system and how much training the front desk is getting on how to operate it. Is this anyway to run an airline? While we are on the subject I had another problem with your scheduling system when I specifically called to cancel and reschedule a reoccurring nail appointment. Next thing I know the salon is calling me to confirm my already cancelled and rescheduled appointment. Please look into this to see why this is happening. I am very computer savvy and hope you get a much better adequate scheduling system. I think your "appointment software system" leaves much to be desired as I have pointed out many issues with it above. Thanks for listening.
