I received a text to come in for the buy one get one 1/2 off promotion this last week. And the promotion didn’t have any exclusions or see salon for details. When I got there and went to pay I was notified that I didn’t qualify for this promo since I did not have 2 children. That was not specified or listed in the details and was disappointing as a loyal customer and client of Cookie Cutters. I understand that there may be details / exclusions to promotions. But if there is confusion or lack of detail you should apologize to the customer and give another discount for the misunderstanding and thank them for coming in. Let them know you value their loyalty.
